Today is Halloween at Valle de la Osa school

 Halloween is always an emblematic date in the cultural calendar of Anglo-Saxon countries.

From the English area we have wondered about the origins of this pagan tradition, reviewing its main customs and symbols and doing numerous activities and games related to this interesting theme.

It is always fun to discover other cultures and take advantage of all the positive things they can bring us.

Of course, it is also an excellent opportunity to better understand, appreciate and vindicate our own traditions.

So from school we wish you all a Happy Halloween and a very Happy and emotional All Saints' Day.

Halloween es siempre una fecha emblemática en el calendario cultural anglosajón.

Desde el área de inglés nos hemos preguntado por los orígenes de esta tradición pagana, revisando sus principales costumbres y símbolos, y realizando numerosas actividades y juegos relacionados con esta interesante temática.   

Siempre es divertido descubrir otras culturas y aprovechar todo lo positivo que éstas puedan aportarnos; y por supuesto, es también una excelente oportunidad para entender, apreciar y reivindicar mejor nuestras propias tradiciones.
